Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python)
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Implement robust testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Optimize applications for scalability, security, and performance
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews
- Document technical specifications and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in software development with proven portfolio
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Python, Java, or Go)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
