Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Create intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with strong visual design skills
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, personas, journey mapping)
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with agile development processes and design sprints
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in flexible arrangements
- Strong communication skills with remote collaboration experience
