Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to the team for feedback and iteration.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a clear design process and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
