Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather actionable insights.
- Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) and seamless user experiences (UX) using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems to guide the development process.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement requirements.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve user engagement.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and clients effectively.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex design decisions.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus but not required.
- A solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Previous experience in a UX or Product Design role.
