Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI components
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve experiences
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with flexible schedules
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
