Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma/Sketch
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Lead design sprints and stakeholder presentations to align on UX strategy
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and improve design performance
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience without degree)
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ end-to-end UX design projects with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (usability testing, A/B testing)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience with agile development processes and Jira/Confluence
- Exceptional visual design skills and information architecture expertise
