Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create user-centered designs for web/mobile interfaces using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and ensure consistent UI/UX implementation across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate on design improvements
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methods (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to balance business goals with user needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
