Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries for scalable digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and iterate designs based on feedback
- Develop user journey maps and information architectures for complex SaaS platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iterations
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Self-motivated with proven ability to manage flexible work schedules
