Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Develop and maintain design documentation and style guides
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects with flexible scheduling requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design solutions
- Experience with agile development methodologies preferred
