Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing to validate design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with UX trends and advocate for user-centered design principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping software
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects with flexible scheduling autonomy
- Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
