Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive, accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent brand guidelines
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve experiences

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible environment
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
