Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js)
- Develop RESTful APIs and optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to pixel-perfect implementation of Figma designs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust security protocols
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Contribute to open-source projects and stay current with emerging web technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Strong understanding of Node.js, Express, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with version control (Git) and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
