Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with clear design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to implement designs
- Analyze user behavior data and iterate on designs based on performance metrics
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user-centered insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Understanding of responsive design principles and front-end development basics
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling (15-25 hours/week)
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
