Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize user journeys
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
