Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize key metrics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visual storytelling and data narratives
- Maintain data quality standards and document analytical methodologies
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytics best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with focus on business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experimental design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ETL processes
- Proven track record of translating data into strategic business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
