Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Conduct user interviews and analyze data to identify pain points and inform design decisions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with design trends and industry best practices to drive innovation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies, persona development, and journey mapping
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with flexible scheduling
