Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using Python/Java
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% uptime in AWS/GCP environments
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives)
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven performance tuning
- Document APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in full-stack development (Python/JavaScript)
- Expertise with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless
- Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Familiar with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with system design fundamentals
