Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications using industry-standard tools
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with attention to accessibility standards
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve user experience
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability principles
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions clearly
