Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define design requirements and implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Analyze user behavior data and iterate on designs to optimize conversion and engagement
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
- Stay current with UX trends, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture
- Experience with A/B testing, user journey mapping, and wireframing methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in flexible arrangements
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale clearly
