Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs for responsive web and mobile applications
- Develop user journey maps and interaction flows that solve complex business problems
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven design iterations to optimize conversion rates
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and heuristic evaluations
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JS) for effective collaboration
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
