Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions and user personas.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure design feasibility.
- Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design projects and case studies.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Empathy for the end-user and a passion for creating intuitive interfaces.
