Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during agile development cycles
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Contribute to design system documentation and component libraries
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ UX/UI design projects (personal, academic, or freelance)
- Proficiency in Figma or similar prototyping tools (Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design concepts
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography and color theory
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and iterate quickly
