Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user needs.
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in designing for both desktop and mobile (iOS and Android).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes and case studies.
- Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Principle.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
