Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve experiences
- Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, testing)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design implementation collaboration
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design
- Bonus: Experience with tourism or e-commerce platforms
