What you will do:
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to define and implement requirements.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong, portfolio showcasing case studies and design thinking processes.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex design decisions.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic frontend development is a plus.
