Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Design intuitive user interfaces and user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data to improve conversion rates and user satisfaction.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- A strong, portfolio-driven case study demonstrating your design process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design.
