Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to translate product requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Design and maintain a consistent, scalable design system.
- Optimize user flows and interfaces to improve conversion rates and user satisfaction.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong, portfolio-driven case study demonstrating end-to-end product design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
