Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to extract, clean, and transform structured/ unstructured datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive experience in data analysis with SQL, Python (Pandas), and Excel
- Proven expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, hypothesis testing, A/B testing)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
