Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create pixel-perfect designs using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems
- Conduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to inform design decisions
- Develop interactive prototypes for stakeholder presentations and usability testing
- Maintain and evolve design documentation and style guides
- Present design rationale to cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with B2B software products
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and outcomes
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
