Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Develop high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research sessions and analyze qualitative/quantitative data
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Proficiency in user testing methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with agile development processes
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
