Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to our design system and maintain UI consistency
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing process and outcomes
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during flexible hours
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in healthcare or fintech design preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
