Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Design pixel-perfect interfaces using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch while maintaining design systems
- Conduct user interviews and usability studies to uncover insights and validate design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation and style guides
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and improve conversion metrics
- Mentor junior designers and promote design thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with A/B testing, user journey mapping, and information architecture
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
