Your Role
As a UX Designer at Apex Digital Group, you will own the end-to-end design process, from research to high-fidelity prototypes. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to deliver seamless digital experiences that drive user engagement and business growth.
What You'll Do
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user personas and journey maps.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing designs.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and leadership for feedback and approval.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Experience with prototyping and interaction design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
