Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and translate them into actionable design requirements.
- Design wireframes, low-fidelity sketches, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating based on data and insights.
- Optimize user flows and interface elements to improve overall usability and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful product launches.
- Proficiency in designing for web and mobile applications using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
