- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on design improvements
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable input
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methods including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
