We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is an urgent hire for a Weekend Shift position. The ideal candidate will enjoy the flexibility of remote work options while providing critical insights to drive our business decisions.
In this role, you will act as a key player in our data strategy, transforming raw information into actionable intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, visualize data, and support high-level reporting.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python.
- Design and develop complex dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and report needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Familiarity with Excel (advanced functions) and Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines during the weekend shift.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
