Responsibilities
- Extract and Clean Data: Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data and perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
- Data Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present findings and insights to management in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the operations team to optimize data collection and reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analysis.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) and Excel.
- Work Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the shift rotation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
