Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels and engagement
- Maintain accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards)
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or e-commerce portfolios
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design patterns
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual storytelling
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience with accessibility best practices and inclusive design
