Responsibilities
- Data Exploration & Analysis: Clean, process, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to uncover trends and patterns.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Collaboration: Partner with product management and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve analytical methodologies.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency by providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (writing queries, joins, stored procedures) and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
