Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across products
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and optimize design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable input
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and accessibility best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating real-world projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for prototyping
- Experience with user research techniques (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
