Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while optimizing application performance for weekend traffic loads.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve technical bugs to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality products.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all code meets security best practices and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work on weekends (e.g., Saturday & Sunday) as required by the business.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
