Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code on weekend sprint cycles
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to ensure peak performance
- Implement security best practices and conduct rigorous code reviews
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for development processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in weekend shifts
