Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to support business decision-making processes.
- Assist in the creation of clear, concise reports and dashboards using visualization tools.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business goals.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources and analysis methodologies.
- Participate in ongoing training to develop proficiency in SQL, Python, and other analytical tools.
- Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field is a plus.
- No prior professional experience required. We are looking for raw potential and a strong willingness to learn.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including formulas and pivot tables) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
