Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Manage and execute weekend maintenance tasks to ensure system uptime and stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement fixes.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following industry best practices and security standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Must be available and willing to work a weekend shift schedule.
- Experience with equity compensation plans or stock options is highly preferred.
