Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead cloud infrastructure optimization on AWS with CI/CD pipelines
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party financial systems
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to DevOps automation using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Participate in sprint planning and maintain agile development practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular)
- Strong AWS/GCP cloud architecture experience with cost optimization
- Proven track record building secure, scalable RESTful APIs
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Familiarity with financial systems compliance (PCI-DSS, SOX)
- Proficient with Git, Jira, and agile development methodologies
