Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Code: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for web applications and software solutions.
- Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify, analyze, and resolve software defects to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and senior developers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Learn New Technologies: Stay updated with industry trends and learn new programming languages, frameworks, and tools as required by the project.
- Participate in Code Reviews: Review code written by peers to ensure quality, security, and adherence to coding standards.
- Contribute to Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Support Deployments: Assist in the deployment of applications to cloud environments and monitor system performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Basics: Understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
- Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with remote teams.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
- Tools: Basic understanding of version control systems (like Git) and IDEs.
