Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance during peak hours.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering standards and best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software engineering, preferably with exposure to night shift operations.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C# (or equivalent languages).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly desirable.
