Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern programming languages.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance during night shifts.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Automate testing and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce human error.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and version control systems (Git).
- Ability to work effectively in a Night Shift environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team setting.
