About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that power our client base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that scale and perform under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, and test software components to meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues that arise during the night shift cycle.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural planning sessions to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and QA teams to define feature specifications.
- Maintain existing codebases and optimize system performance.
- Document technical specifications and standard operating procedures for the night shift team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
- Relocation eligibility required.
