Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements, design features, and deliver products that exceed customer expectations.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, actively participating in code reviews and refactoring legacy systems.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring our applications run efficiently on all devices and platforms.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions that drive business growth.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production and development environments, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java, along with experience in frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Spring.
- Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Agile: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
